The customer was buying machined manifolds from us, plating from a second vendor and assembling valves on their own line.
What we did
We took over plating management and assembly, installing cartridges and plugs and leak testing each manifold before shipping.
The result
One purchase order instead of three, and the customer's line receives a tested unit ready to bolt on.
