Four certified welders and one robotic cell build frames, bases and weldments. When a weldment needs machined faces, it goes straight from the weld bay to a horizontal mill, so the datums are cut after the heat is in.
Our welders are certified to AWS D1.1 for structural steel and D17.1 for aerospace work.
