Our 6 kW fiber laser cuts steel, stainless and aluminum up to 1/2 in thick. Two CNC press brakes with backgauges bend what the laser cuts, and a PEM press sets studs and nuts.
Sheet metal is fast. Simple brackets often ship within a week of an approved drawing.

Design tips
Keep holes at least twice the material thickness from a bend and use one inside radius across the part. We will flag anything that will crack or distort in the DFM review.
